Reflexology
"Step Into Health From Sole To Soul" With each healthy step we take, the body's attitude changes and balance is restored.
What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a science and an art that uses specific pressure techniques on the feet, hands and ears. Maps corresponding to the organs and systems of the body are used to guide the release of energy stagnation.

Toxins can be cleared and circulation of blood and lymph increased. As the body returns to a state of balance, self-healing can occur.
Even though reflexology can feel like a soothing foot massage, it is actually so much more. All of the body's systems, as well as the feet themselves, benefit from this complimentary healing modality that causes physiological changes to help the body relax and return to a state of equilibrium.
What Can Reflexology DO?
Reflexology can provide health benefits for people of every age. Stress reduction and tension release are huge factors in preventing illness. The muscles relax, joints gain mobility, mental and physical functions are stimulated and emotional balance is enhanced. The list of rewards is lengthy and can be different for each individual.
What can reflexology NOT do?
Reflexology is not a medical diagnostic tool. It is not meant to replace conventional medicine, but to complement traditional medical care. Reflexology does not claim to “cure” diseases, and it should not be used in place of prescribed treatments or medications without consulting with your physician.
What is a SESSION like?
Cecelia will provide a welcoming and calming atmosphere where your comfort and needs are of the utmost importance. She will ask some questions and give your feet a soothing footbath before beginning the session. You may choose to sit in a reclining chair or lie on a massage table. Your session will also be customized for your preferences as to music and use of aroma therapy.
